This Privacy Policy (Privacyverklaring) explains how Rejuvencleania.ddd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with:

• the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming - AVG);
• the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming, UAVG);
• the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), where relevant to electronic communications and cookies;
• guidance issued by the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, AP).

2. Scope and Personal Data We Collect

This policy applies to all visitors and users of rejuvencleania.world. We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Newsletter and email updates - to send lifestyle information you have subscribed to. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe or by contacting us.
• Website analytics - to understand how visitors use our website and improve content. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), granted only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Marketing cookies and advertising measurement - only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) via our cookie banner.
• Cookie consent management - to record and honour your cookie preferences. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, consent.

7. Data Retention

• Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which your data is deleted within 30 days.
• Analytics data: up to 26 months in anonymised or pseudonymised form, only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
• Cookie consent records: up to 12 months in local storage, to demonstrate compliance with the Telecommunicatiewet and AVG.
• Business and financial records: where applicable under Dutch law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations under the Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen), up to 7 years.

8. Recipients and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers - to operate and secure the website (processors under Article 28 GDPR).

We only send marketing communications (newsletters, updates) with your prior opt-in consent, in compliance with the AVG and the Telecommunicatiewet. Every marketing email includes a clear option to unsubscribe. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We may promote this Website through online advertising, including Google Ads in the Netherlands. Our advertisements describe the Website as a source of free lifestyle education. They do not promise health outcomes, medical results, cures, or product benefits, because we do not sell health products or provide medical services.
